Beyond the Work

When I am not building the next project or team...

Travel

As a former collegiate tennis captain (DII), I continue to play tennis. As a former coach, I take an active role in mentoring/teaching on and off the court.

Italy: Although my Italian is still basic, I am in the process of discovering Italy. When possible I visit family in Bologna or the alps (San Candido) but will also do side trips to see more of the incredible country (Civita di Bagnoregio pictured).

Tennis

National Parks: Over the last few years, I've been to many of the most iconic National Parks in the U.S., including: Yosemite, Yellowstone, Glacier, Acadia, Olympic, Grand Canyon, and Death Valley.

Reading and Learning

I believe continuous learning is key to personal growth, or as I say in-eloquently "Always be Improving." I take a strong interest in the intersection of economics, political governance, and culture.

I am continuously impressed at new insights into humanity and interrogating established ideas to create a better understanding of 'Who we are'. Some of my favorite books being: The Dawn of Everything, The City-State of Boston, Stories of your Life and Others.

I am currently considering continuing education opportunities in AI at MIT and Harvard.

Mentorship

I take personal pride in building relationships with people. As much as I love analytical tools to solve intense questions, it's the co-worker relationships that make for easier work days.

At Santander and DCU I have worked with a number of people to help them build their careers, develop their skillsets, and improve their knowledge base. I want to continue this progress and share what I have learned from the best of my mentors.
